My trick is to wake up at 4 am so I can get my chores done b4 work cuz come 7 pm, I’m so dang tired ain’t nothing getting done.

Try making a list of things you’ve already done instead of what you still need to do, it’s more motivating and helps you see your progress instead of just feeling overwhelmed!

did this before I realised why....came home, still in overalls..hands washed, tea on....once i sit down I am DONE...husband says 'just have a minute' nope.thst won't help
