The wig bands, the clips in the wigs, cornrows being to tight to the back, it rubbing in our clothes or pillows etc. I’ve been studying cause part of my nape is growing now but those parts when I wear are messed up so I realized it’s the clips. I’ve been doing 3 tiny braids at the back and putting them in 1 Bantu knot and moisturizing daily so we’ll see in a month

I did this about 2 months ago with clippers. Water + leave in + oil every other day has it growing like crazy. I also leave this part of my hair alone. I have mini twist extensions right now and my nape is in a side cornrow 🤣🤣🤣
