@onewildlifer: My man Freddy has bubbles coming out of his eye 😁 Probably was some air trapped behind his nictitating membrane, but it made me chuckle since I'd never seen that before. And if you don't know by now, Freddy is a super cool American Crocodile at the Flamingo Marina in the Everglades. He's estimated to be between 14 and 16 ft long. If you ever get to see him in person you'll understand why nobody wants to get close enough to measure accurately 😁 I always thought Alligators were prehistoric looking until I saw these guys...total next level badazz. And yes, we are lucky enough to have both alligators and crocodiles in the US and yes, American Crocodiles are indeed native to Florida. #wildlife #nature #AnimalFacts #everglades #florida
