A desktop is better for both high and low budget, laptop is only worth if you’re moving a lot and need it for school, and just to let you know both are pc’s, pc means personal computer

the only reason and ONLY one to get a laptop is for traveling or if you really have to carry it around the house (Couch/bed). In any other case get a desktop, better performance for the same price.

Laptop? well for those who are looking at building a low budget PC I would recommend Ryzen 5 5500 and gtx 1650 zotac 4gb and you gonna see how good the performance it is
