The amino acids and protein content of quinoa is epic. And when I want a change. I love millet or buckwheat as well. (GF protein approach for the gut health sensitive) after not being able to eat gluten I missed tabbouleh. But millet is a great substitute. (Also Maca 🌕the sun ☀️dried superfood 💪🏼 ⛰️is a great natural mood booster, can make you feel on top of the world…because it’s literally the worlds highest ⛰️growing vegetable 🥕🌕💛 for anyone wanting less Prozac or antidepressants that are not natural)
