On the subject of the electoral college, I’m in Texas. Traditionally a red state and winner takes all. Essentially my vote doesn’t count at all when I vote democrat. My vote should always count, do away with the electoral college!

My favored solution to the electoral college trap is to overturn the 1929 law that set the House of Reps at 435. instead one rep for each 500,000 people. CA ends up with 78 reps and WY still 1.

Here in Canada, the majority of rural people rail against any type of welfare. Welfare rates are higher in rural areas and farmers have their own special type of welfare. I am a farmer and I can see.
