@kilinajellel: surveillance footage of the camera actually being broke by Sam. then the police saying that they couldn't arrest him. It had been two months of his harassment at this point and the police were flat out protecting him. I have more footage of the officers but we have appealed the case with a higher court because the judge recused himself This is huge and then judge elum took over.
