He was a charismatic performer, that I first remember seeing on TV in 1992 as the amazing "Bad Guy" Razor Ramon!!! As much as I enjoyed Razor Ramon my most fond memory and run of his was The Outsider's invasion of WCW along with Kevin Nash and then the creation of The New World Order with him, Nash and Hogan. The nWo just oozed cool and it's all because of Scott Hall, he just was naturally the definition of cool.
