People don’t realise you don’t have to be visibly anxious to actually BE significantly anxious, and that you can be confident and mull through life by AVOIDING things which in turn, limits your life.

I get it for anxiety it effects me daily I get shakes double vision dizziness hot sweats it really does give you physical symptoms that are hard to deal with

I have just done my pip renewal form but I found it hard as I suffer with seizures but the questions dont relate to it ie can I feed myself, use a toilet it doesnt help people like me
