wow I've never actually considered different salts give different results. I usually use flaky sea salt and I'm just now also finding out I shouldn't cook with it. my whole life is a wreck 😔

I have fancy salt, salt flakes and cooking salts all for different parts of the cook. For the standard palate that’s enough. Just to rock the boat gimme some yumyum instead any day 🤣
