For a long haul, would you rather have earbuds or headphones? Earbuds sometimes hurt my ears during long wear but I’m nervous headphones won’t be comfortable to sleep with!

I'm going to Bali in December. We leave at 8:45 am and get to Singapore at 5:45pm. The flight is 17 hours! Plus a 13 hour layover before a 2 hour flight from Singapore to Bali!

So helpful! Can you do LAX to Montreal with a 2.5 hr layover then headed to Barcelona. Our flight leaves LAX at 8:05 am and we arrive in Barcelona the next day at 8:00am. TIA
