What if you prayed witr directly after Esha like in taraweeh and wakes up for tahajjud, can you still make tahajjud? As witr is the last solaah of the night.

If I pray Tahajjud 2 rakats then I pray Witr 3 rakats right after, do I make dua between Tahajjud and Witr to get the benefits of Tahajjud dua, or just dua after Witr and still get benefit counting dua from both
