The most unprofessional company i have ever come across. In a nutshell- i was over charged when ordering, the company charged me for 3 bags of tea bags (£50). I realised straight away and submitted a cancellation form to inform Lulutox team that i want to cancel my whole order and receive a full refund to then have that ignored and received the order anyway. I have not opened the package and have since been back and forth with emails to team members. One team member said they would pay the return fee then another member said we don't cover the return fee. They offered me 40% refund and to keep the tea bags but i still continued to request a full refund. I then took the package to the Post Office to be told the postage cost would be £25 to return the unopened package that i had cancelled within the correct time frame. I am so annoyed, i feel like I have been scammed, £50 to take out of someone's bag for tea bags is extortionate.

habe den Tee bekommen nach langen Warten und bin jetzt seit einer Woche dabei kann aber leider noch nicht viel dazu sagen wir werden sehen wenn der Tee alle ist ,war ja teuer genug also erwarte ich ein gutes Ergebnis 😁😏
