Comfortable, full of useful features and quite resistant material (about this, wait until you read at the end). The real revolution for me? The Coffee Tracker. As a coffee lover, I was used to drinking 3/4 a day, often without thinking too much. Thanks to the tracker, I have reduced to just 1 coffee at the right time, maximizing my productivity without exaggerating with caffeine!☕🔥 Through the app you can view the time slot in which you should drink a coffee to always stay focused (it's a game changer, right?) Another function that I appreciated is the sleep monitoring, which turned out to be extremely precise. I don't like wearing Apple Watch during sleep, so I have never monitored my sleep in any way. Thanks to the Smart Ring I started doing it and knowing how I rest has really helped me improve my daily habits. Overall, this smart ring turned out to be a great product!
