I have a top load washer just like this that has spent more time being repaired than used. Very disappointed.

Im having the hardest time with this top loader. Cant open it when in clean mode (I like to dip a rag in the water and clean all around). Cant put it in normal mode and let the water sit for a little bit because it will drain by itself. Can’t use the faucet first to mix in the detergent and powders cuz it will drain it. Don’t like that I have to do a long press to start it back up every time if I pause. I hate Samsung washers but its great compared to this one 😒

@Whirlpool i have this washer and there's water stuck in the fabric softener well. it gets moldy. why doesn't it drain as it's supposed to? ty mine is brand new and this issue is awful
