Just know community care records and files don’t consistently transfer to the VA. I won my appeal simply because the VA never added my CC records to my files so it looked like I was better off

Just want to share my experience i got award 100% schedular in November 4 months later without any evaluation I received a letter stating I'm P&T I'm confused 😕 and happy also paranoia about it

Question: If I am 50% for anxiety/depression, and have been for 6 years...I file for insomnia....the VA rules the insomnia is added to the anxiety/depression rating, with no rating change, why?

P&T are seeing more notifications of reeval ...I'm not getting help on half my conditions because after 10+yrs of therapy_surgery it just IS my life so providing new records is wasteful of time/appts
