Patient 1 has a blood clot, possibly DVT, possibly arterial. Patient 2 has prolapsed lumbar disc. Patient 1 more urgent, but check 2 for cauda equina syndrome.

As an uneducated individual: I'd guess the first has a blood cloth, and the 2nd has a pinched nerve or herniated disc. No idea who to see first tho.

First one- acute limb ischemia from cardiac embolus, likely atrial fibrillation and patient not on thinner. Second sounds MS, maybe sciatic nerve pain

1. seems like he has Thrombosis and the other one seems like he has a herniated disc, but a Thrombosis can lead to the leg being amputated so i would see the 1. patient first
