I did the at home sleep study. I still struggle with wearing my cpap. I get about 4 hours in and I’m ripping it off. 😭

I’ve known I’ve had Sleep Apnea for years. I went for my sleep study. I had to wait two weeks to get results. I stopped breathing 68 times in 1 hour. Proud owner of CPAP!

I’ve had slew apnea since I was 5 and my sleep study’s only gotten worse. Imagine not breathing for 1 full minute and doing that 168 times in 8 hours 💔😭
