the BTO :
if you leave the plunger out, you'll never have this problem. seem them 4 marks on the plunger🤷. it tells you how much grease is left in the cartridge as you use it!!!!

i never used a greaser like that before i struggled so much the first time too refill the grease chamber....i am not proud of it🤦♂️

So much easier greasing a combine with a battery gun until everyone else found out then the gun was always empty, so I left it empty for them haha

Nobody talking about how clean his machine is? Every workshop I’ve been at or every owner of it has whole gun covered with grease. It doesn’t help to clean it when next guy makes it the same

Crack the tube loose then pull the plunger then take tube off

Press the bleader on the front makes it easier to pull the plunger out

When replacing it don’t quite tighten it up, let the plunger back then tighten the barrel, releases all the air.

you can use the plastic cap to pop the metal pop top then put the pop top in the lid then put the lid on the old tube.

I took the plug out of the front, put in a zerk and fill it using the barrel of grease in the shop. don't have drag the barrel around a machine and it's quick and clean fill.
