I brought all my cards down to zero balance, so how do I get my credit to go up as it seems to have leveled out. Do I need to keep a small balance on each one just to show activity?

Just got my first CC. $200 Limit, Due Date is 04/14. Minimum Payment Due after 04/19. Any advice or tips?? I can afford to use the entire balance and pay it off. Do i need to leave 1%-3% or pay it off completely?? It's a Capital One Platinum Secured.
