I was able to try Journavx! $30 with insurance.I will say it provided some relief but it was much less than I expected. I’m not sure this is a realistic replacement for opioids based on my experience.

This medicine work AWESOME!! Only...... I was 10 days in to taking it for a total knee replacement when I broke out in hives all over my body. I was so upset because it worked so good. I was happy that it got me thru the toughest days where I would've had the worst pain.

Got to tell your doctor very interesting but I have a knee replacement was the most painful surgery you ever want. It’s like having triplets at one time I’ll take the pain pills.

Journevx is very expensive…$15.50 per pill. Current pain meds maybe cost $1 per pill. Sometimes Drs are out the loop when it comes to pt cost

At the current retail cost of apx $450 for 2 wks, it may be affordable for short term usage for only some patients unless insurance covers it or one qualifies for the patient assistance program.

This has been a godsend to me. I’m 67 and have dealt with debilitating nerve pain (spinal) for almost 3 years. This is a miracle to me.
