a tip i have for swallowing pills (i struggle even with small ones!) is filling ur mouth with water and then popping the pill in ur mouth and then swallowing . i do this even with small tylenol tablets

Most of the time I forget how to swallow when I take pills. Like physically I cannot figure out what muscles I need to use to make myself swallow and it doesn't matter how small the pill is.
