If u break the tape in the middle and apply half at a time(while stretching slightly) you will get a better outcome. 🥰

Definitely look up tutorials on how to apply it properly. Also look out for itching and blisters. It’s not like that with every KT tape brand but it’s still a good thing to look out for. Also if you have to cut the strip in half, make sure you round out the edges so they won’t peel back right away. Lastly, rub the waxy side over the tape for better adhesion, just be careful around the ends.
