My wife says the same about me. I tell her you can’t control things that are out of your control. She also hates that I sleep like a baby & can erase my memory of the previous day’s misery.

Pretty simple actually. Deal with problems you can fix, if not, worrying isn't helping. Also it's never ever as bad as you think. It'll pass

A psychiatrist told me once it’s because they only have one box of thoughts, unfortunately women have hundreds and we juggle them. married 34 years he still alive. It’s good. 🤷🏼♀️🙆🏼♀️

The only thing you described that would freak me out would be missing my ✈️. Mostly for the added expenses of taxi, hotel, food, new flight ticket, & messing up the schedules & goodwill of the people I've traveling to see. SERIOUSLY, would this even be SURVIVABLE?? If this ever happened to me, I'd NEVER FLY AGAIN!! 😩😩😩
