A tip I have seen before, is that if you put the chocolate on top of a heating pad it keeps it from hardening while coating the pretzels 😁

IDK if it will help you but I found it's easier to coat pretzel sticks if you put the melted chocolate into a tall cup then just dip the pretzel.
