I have the same thing on day 1 of my period only. Throwing up from pain, can’t move, feel faint. It’s so bad. It isn’t every period it happens. Can it still be endometriosis?

I got my surgery last summer. After that 3 things have helped me: fasting, drinking enough water and wfpb diet without sugar or oil. I hope you get help asap!
