i've always hated how tense my upper lip looks in pics. i don't have any teeth issues, never needed braces i think my palat is a little bit narrow but not bad. I may have a lip tie? but not sure

what about giant bumps on the roof of your mouth that feel like bone. what is this. how do I get rid of it. I've had it my whole life and no dentist has mentioned itm I thought it was normal for like 20 years.
