@justincooksgood: Chipotle Air Fried Tofu Sandwich 🥪 Full Recipe: Daikon Carrot Coleslaw: 1/3 Daikon 1 Carrot 1/3 Cucumber 2 tbsp vegan mayo 1 tbsp sriracha 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Squeeze lemon juice Pinch salt & black pepper Chipotle Mayo: 3 tbsp vegan mayo 2 chipotle peppers in adobo (1 if you want it less spicy) Juice from 1 lime 1/4 tsp smoked paprika 1/4 tsp chili powder Pinch salt & pepper Water to thin & help blend until smooth Batter: 1 cup flour About 1 cup oat milk (sub with water) Pinch smoked paprika Pinch chili powder Salt & Black pepper Fava tofu Pay dry & season with salt & pepper 1 cup crushed corn flakes (sub with panko breadcrumbs) Air Fry at 390 for 7 min on each side or until golden brown You can coat the crispy tofu in a hot honey glaze made with agave & cayenne pepper/red pepper flakes.
