As someone who is 5'6" and 135 lbs my maintenance calories are already low at 1,500. The idea of reducing that to 1,200 makes seems impossible. I'd starve. 1/2.

I’m 5’2 used to be 46-47kg did 1500kcal for a month. down to 43kg lost fat lost muscle also now doing 1600-1700kcal and still lost fat n muscle. 😞 gym 5-6days/week. Idk what I do wrong 😭
