Literally just use my phone notes and list all my bills in categories. Then put my total savings, pay, and spending amount 🥰

My bank account app does all this for me and ensures I have enough money for each paycheck towards all my expenses.

as soon as I get paid I transfer my bill amount which I overestimate in case I have bills that are more than expected. then I transfer most of the rest into my savings and expenses accounts. the left over amount left in my normal account is my spending money

We reviewed and categorised ALL expenses looking back over the year. Then we divided any fluctuating costs into averages per month:Bills, weekly expenses (food fuel etc) transfer that $$$ on pay day

I have a spreadsheet where I cashflow my monthly costs across the year, so I can see exactly how much I need for bills/when they are due and then divide the rest into general spending and savings.

I auto transfer into my bills account every pay and then the bills come out of there monthly. I also pay phone, electricity, ect when I get paid so it’s not a massive bill at the end.
