incline walking is less stress on joints than running and you can do it easily everyday. running more stress on joints and is hard to keep up every day

I think it would be useful to state at what heart rate you are burning fat vs carbs on an incline walk. 220 minus your age. Multiply 60%-70% of that number is where your heart rate needs to be at 👍🏽
