The zircon industry should use this as marketing because giving someone a piece of the beginning of the planet and stars is so much cooler than Debeers hoarding diamonds to make them seem precious.

you missed some cool details. zircon is so heat resistant that it can survive the rock around it being melted and reformed which is why it survives so long for us to find it now, and it forms

As an aspiring anthropology student this is crazy to me that people think the earth is only 6000 years old 😭😭. Like our entire species took millions of years to evolve and we were long from the first organisms.
