I gave up Flouride toothpaste for quite a few years as I thought it was so dangerous. I’ve just had over 2k of dental work 😳 so now I follow your advice and have brought back fluoride toothpaste

Please help me understand: using fluoride mouthwash relies on our saliva minerals. If we use Crest toothpaste and don’t rinse afterwards, then we have everything ready: both fluoride and minerals.

No fillings last a lifetime? you’ll eventually need to get them replaced after a couple of years and then again till the point you’ll need a root canal.

Ma’am? Fillings, crowns, or teeth fracturing is MULTI-FACTORIAL. It also has a lot to do with occlusion, bruxism, the size of the initial cavity. I find your videos incredibly misleading.

My dentist said I had a cavity that was “inactive”. Next to where my wisdom tooth was, but I had it pulled out so then the cavity next to where my wisdom tooth was, started to heal. Cavities can heal!
