Tried to go to scrap with 15 batteries. They were offering $20. Went to autozone and got $150 on a card. The money was for a project truck so it worked

i remember finding a cache of 10+ big old tractor batteries in the woods near a corn field as a teen. right to the scrap yard and I had gas and beer money for weeks.

Scrapyard pays me way more than $10. I get cash in my hands from the yard. No gift card shit. They give you half and u still have to spend the half u get in there store. Makes no sense. Best of luck

Just a heads up, the attendant may not know but on Oreillys website (and autozone) it says motorcycle batteries aren’t eligible for the gift card, only car and truck. Love this tip, thanks.
