Print off the sight you saw it was paid and put it with all your documents- if it happens again but was overturned as a first offense- now you have the document for next time in court.

you need to look up what just happened in Pecos river fencing in New Mexico. The attorney General took action on land owner and forced them to remove fence in the water

I would think if she appealing it she wouldn’t have paid…. Something tells me that judge knew it was first time on paper but an ongoing thing. contact the army corp of engineers for water fence???
