First of all, what homicide does not collect evidence as in fingerprints, DNA, hair, etc. my understanding was her computers were taken/stolen which had some incriminating information on the husband. He may have been with his daughters as an alibi but it doesn’t exclude him from hiring/employing someone to commit this crime. I also understand that the husband has a history that most definitely should have been looked at deeper as there was more than his violent behavior. I also understand that the husband was facing some serious criminal allegations, as in Federal. What’s neglected to mention is the husband was a lawyer and filled in as a Judge Pro Tem. The question is just how deep or accurate did law enforcement handle this case given the husband’s connections? Not unheard of, or not the first time something of this nature has occurred. And in my opinion, a silencer of some sort had to be used. That area of residency and that time of day, you can’t tell me someone didn’t hear or see something. This case was handled very sloppy (accidentally intentionally) and will never be solved. 30 years and someone got away with cold blooded murder of this beautiful soul. May she rest in peace.
