Grab my cookbook ‘Low-Cal Kitchen Bangers’ through the link in my bio 🖇️ Ingredients (serves 2): 200g chicken breast cut into strips Tsp bbq seasoning Tsp smoked paprika 50g bbq sauce 2 flatbreads (I used the protein ones from Tesco) 25g red leicester cheese grated (can sub for reduced fat cheddar) 15g ranch dressing Tsp crispy onions 💕Start by seasoning the chicken with bbq seasoning and the smoked paprika. Add to a frying pan for 8-9 minutes until cooked. 💕Remove from the pan and shred either using two forks, or using an electric hand whisk. 💕Once shredded, stir through the bbq sauce. 💕Cook the flatbreads according to packet instructions. 💕Add the BBQ chicken to one side of the flatbread before topping with the cheese. Place under a grill for a couple of minutes to allow the cheese to melt. 💕Remove and then add the rocket. 💕Drizzle over the ranch sauce and top with the crispy onions before serving.
