I love the rubber for between 1st and 2nd molar which I find tricky but use the metal ones otherwise, they’re fab

I just seen a video that someone uses interdental brushes in between their teeth and caused black triangles. I use it just to get food out from in between my BRACKETS since i have BRACES !
