@yegfoodreview: I went to The Black Pearl in Windermere and I loved the oysters. Buck a shuck is such a great deal, $1/oyster, and they come with cute syringes with accoutrements! Unfortunately, the flatbread and the mushroom caps were not my favourite, but the crème brûlée made up for it.
