Actual meal depending on plated or buffet doesn’t really matter as long as it’s good enough. The appetizers and late night snacks focus on heavily!!! Alcohol open bar is the way to go - I’ve been to places that had set liquors and basic versus anything and everything. Complicated drinks cause lines and will require more than one bar. Have the bar on a side of the dance floor so it’s never empty in pictures!
