People nowadays, no patience. You need a job, you wait. If you can’t then hanap ka ng iba.

I can wait. 30 minutes lang. It shows patience to your character. Nobody is perfect. For me the applicant is arrogant. Ganun lang un. I don't judge so that I won't be judged. Show kindness still. 😊

A glimpse into office culture. When a recruiter tolerates tardiness under any circumstances without utilizing the power of communication, she disrespects her own job especially knowing that she is responsible for bringing employees into the company. Likewise, when an applicant fails to communicate, even when arriving on time, they risk wasting their own potential. Anyone can be early or late, but not everyone practices proper communication. For an organization to function, every pillar must learn to communicate effectively.

oo applicant sya pero they don't have the right para aksayahin yung oras ng applicant. Magkakaron lang ng impression na ganun ang kalakaran inside the company

For me okay lang na umuwe na yung applicant but the reply can be more professional. You can have a strong point without being rude.

Kaya hindi mawala ang filipino time because pf this type of behavior, It’s not the applicants fault of you have prior commitments. If you can’t be there on time cancel ahead then reschedule

I’ve interviewed a number of applicants (from RAF to managerial positions) and not once have I been late. So I get where the applicant is coming from. Waiting that long can really be frustrating. +

I think it's very wrong for the interviewee to not inform the applicant ahead of time. If u already know that you're gonna be late for the meeting then might as well tell them para naman aware sila.

this is a red flag interviewer, I myself am a recruiter. I don't allow the applicant to wait for more then 10 mins, if the applicant is late he/she needs to explain then proceed with the interview.-

The applicant could have been polite dun sa response nya. For the interviewer they should also respect the time of the applicant and inform them if willing cla mag wait.
