Problem for the dc x mv. The writer said the hero’s are as strong as main counterpart which is true since several variants and alternate timelines fought mainstream version and were relative.

flash is faster till Archie sonic goes super or any other transformation because in those transformations it's stated he gets faster every second and can't physically stop getting faster

Actually it might be Canon to Sonic, as all Sonic side content, that's not explicitly mentioned to be NOT canon, Is canon like spin off games and the comics.
