They’ve just sent my renewal through, not rang them for around a decade and they’ve hiked my price up by 105 quid. It went up 50 quid last year. 69 pounds of that is an admin fee. Absolute joke.

Standard RAC cover T&C states if you breakdown more than a quarter mile from your home RAC can tow you upto 10miles from ur breakdown to a destination of your choice,it could be a local garage or home

they left me, my heavily pregnant wife, 3 kids and mother unlawfully over night in the middle of nowhere 150miles from home when our van had a damaged sump due to a bad country lane and they said because the sump hit the floor when we went down a big pothole, they said I need to claim on my car insurance not breakdown as it's classed as a collision? I didn't hit another car, tree or lamppost so how is that a collision? paid £400 for a recovery company to recover us home the following morning. left 6 of us 10 hours overnight in freezing temperatures
