I spent a week in Moab and ate at that food park 5 times. Everything I had was delicious! Kind of on the expensive side for food trucks, but still loved it.

I sure hope you two tried authentic Mexican food while you were in the southwest. I raise Angus beef cattle and I choose to eat Mexican over a steak. straight off a taco truck. so darn good
