@sugarspiceddreams: strawberry cheesecake cookies🤍🍓 they were so good omg!! recipe: cookies- 1 cup of butter(227g) 1 cup of granulated sugar (200g) 1/2 cup of brown sugar(120g) 2 eggs 1 tbsp vanilla 3 1/2 cups of flour(440g) 1 tbsp cornstarch (8g) 1/2 tsp salt i mixed in white chocolate into the dough as well! (cool for about 15-20 minutes so it’s easier to work with) (roll dough in granulated sugar) strawberry jam: 16 oz strawberries(chopped) 1/4 cup of sugar cream cheese filling: 6 oz cream cheese 3 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp vanilla (seperate into small balls and freeze until solid ) bake at 350•F for 25 mins! #cheesecake #cookies #cheesecakecookies #baking #Recipe #fyp
