You did do the correct thing. As a social worker, we NEED parents of friends to help sometimes. Yes, it’s her mom’s job, but.. she isn’t doing it. And that girl needs it for her self esteem.

The amount of bullying a teenager can get because of hygiene. I get that parents have rules, but they're not always right. My gran didn't want me to shave, and I was ridiculed.
