It's just REM. They twitch and stretch during that phase of sleeping and it can happen pretty fast after they fall asleep

Twitching during sleep is normal. Laying stretched out might just be personal preference.

I’ve had my cats my whole life and I’ve never seen this. I would definitely call the vet.

They’re just sleeping lol, my cat moves in his sleep and it scared me at first 😭 poor boy was woken up right at the deepest part of his sleep a few times
