@jarrettisnotimpressed: Would I call this a “traditional” New Orleans style restaurant? Nah. They don’t have a hot sausage poboy, so they aren’t traditional enough for me. But nonetheless, the menu at @cafebourbonst is pretty great!! I’ve eaten a few times from their food truck and they have some inventive things worth trying! The food is all good. I’ve had the wings, they’re crispy and tasty…or you can sauce them up and those are pretty good too. I prefer the sauce on the fried shrimp instead of the wings. Speaking of the shrimp, it’s so flavorful!
