The view the campers have on the ridge sites are INSANE. Booked out all summer so make a note in your calendar to call the second they open for reservations.

My wife and I hiked all of the trails, kayaked the loop in both rivers, hiked the effigy mounds in Iowa and mountain biked the prairie trail in 4 days. Was a blast!!

Recommend not doing the hike on a hot, humid day with your dog. That was torture for a guy who is in shape lol. Amazing view at the end of the hike!
