Put your compression socks on by turning them inside out, except for the foot part. Then put your foot in like normal and pull them up right side out!! - a healthcare worker :)

I got the same band and my pelvic pt told me that the velcro goes under the bump! It was a game changer for putting on and definitely gave more support.

A trick for putting on the compression socks is to fold down the top all the way to the heel. Then slip your foot in like a normal sock before rolling the top part up your leg. It’s much easier! 😊

before you put it on if you turn the stockings inside out down to the ankle you can slip it on like an ankle sock and turn it right side out as you go it will be easier 🩷
